With Theirry Ledieu, our sommelier, discover some of the Burgundy wines in our wine cellar. It is a way to learn about the Burgundy wines and its classifications (grand cru, premier cru, village and regional wines). The wine tasting session can be scheduled in the afternoon from Wedensdays through Sundays. Advanced reservations through our reception team is required.
Tarif : 25€ per person for a tasting of 4 wines (2 white wines and 2 red wines) - one Aligoté wine, two Village wines and one Premier Cru wine.
Do you have the soul of a chef or you want to impress your guests? Join our chef Jean-Alain Poitevin in the Armançon kitchen for 2 hours.
From 10h00 to 12h00 or from 17h00 to 19h00, depending on availability (except Wednesdays and Thursdays).
If you wish, you can reserve a table in one of our restaurants after the cooking class.

Venez suivre notre chef de cuisine de 9h à 15h, prise de commande fournisseurs, livraisons de fruits & légumes, préparation et mise en place le matin, service le midi ou le soir.
If you are passionated about cooking, we invite you to discover the cooking classes of our chef Jean Alain Poitevin, referenced by the Michelin guide 2016 with a red plate. Follow our chef from 09h00 to 15h00, ordering suppliers, deliveries of fruit & vegetables, preparation and setting up in the morning, lunch or dinner service.
After this cooking class you will have lunch at the Bistrot le Rubillon and our chef sommelier will offer you a food and wine match with the dish you will taste.
You will leave with a cooking apron marked "Hôtel Golf Château de Chailly".
Tarif : 299€ per person
The tennis court is at your disposal and free of charge. We have tennis rackets available in the golf pro-shop free of charge. We do have tennis balls available for sale in the golf pro-shop.
